About the Counselor:

Stephanie Choy is a school counselor and has worked in New Orleans Charter Schools for the last five years. She deeply believes in the necessity and power of mental health services in transforming the educational landscape of NOLA, both for the students in schools and the educators that teach them. She received her Master of Education in Counselor Education from the University of New Orleans in 2012. She is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor registered with the Louisiana LPC Board of Examiners. Steph spent her first 17 years in Maryland, but plans to spend the rest of them in New Orleans.
